Steve and I decided that since Drake was so down without his brother we would take him for a special mommy, daddy, Drake time and we headed out to our favorite pizza place in the Universe where we had fun just loving on our youngest baby!!
He got his favorite pizza and his all time love...Root Beer!!!
He spotted a "hot rod" like Grandpa Chucks and seriously wanted me to take a picture of it. He went and sat by Steve so that he could see it better!
Steve and him talked and clowned around in the booth.
And of course, because he is the baby, and because he was having a bad day and missing his brother....he got a new toy!!!
Which made him happy until he wanted to transform it and Gage wasn't there to help him. He kept saying "Gage is home mommy?" I tried to explain that he would be gone all night, but he said "Him's in his bed. I just know it!" But he wasn't and so daddy got stuck trying to figure out the new Transformer! He is going to be so excited when he sees Gage tomorrow...actually...we all will!!!
