This is the Easter basket cake I made for this year! It was my first try at the basket weave and it was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. Everything is edible except for the handle and there are 3 layers of cake inside and each one is a different color for easter....purple, pink, and yellow. I had so much fun doing it and the boys think it is really cool! A lot of work, but worth it in the end!
