Most people might think this was a path of footprints from children playing or sledding out in the fluffy white stuff. No, no. Not here in the frozen igloo. No children to be seen when it's -15 with the windchill. So what, you ask, could possibly be leaving this beautiful line of tracks behind when the winter weather has gotten us all bound to the insides of our homes? Well, let me tell you. There are some bright red apples still gently falling from an apple tree in the neighbors yard that every morning at dawn and every evening at dusk attract loads of whitetail deer and they cut right across our yard to get to them. It is a majestic sight! And we are so happy to oblige!
